Bubble Snake Crash is published by BERYLG, SIA, a company registered in Latvia (registration no. 42103099442). By playing Bubble Snake Crash you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't play.
1. Health and safety — please read
Photosensitive seizure warning. A very small number of people may experience seizures when exposed to certain light patterns, flashing lights or fast movement on screens, including in video games — even if they have never had a seizure before. If you or anyone in your family has epilepsy or has had seizures, talk to a doctor before playing.
Stop playing immediately and see a doctor if you feel dizzy, have altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, loss of awareness, disorientation, any involuntary movement or convulsions.
Never play while driving, cycling, walking in traffic, or doing anything else that needs your full attention. Stay aware of your surroundings.
Take regular breaks, and stop if your hands, wrists, arms or eyes become tired or sore. Children should play under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Your nickname and behaviour
Your nickname is shown publicly on the leaderboard. It must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else, or include anyone's personal details. We may change or remove any nickname, and remove any account, that breaks these rules — without notice.
3. Fair play
Scores must come from genuine play. Cheating, modifying the game, or sending scores to our servers by any other means may lead to your scores or account being removed. We decide what appears on the leaderboard.
4. Bubbles, skins and purchases
Bubbles and skins are virtual items for use inside Bubble Snake Crash only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold. You receive a licence to use them in the game; you don't own them outside it.
Purchases with real money are made through Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own rules. This doesn't affect any rights you have by law.
Items bought with money are unlocked straight away. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery, and you acknowledge that under EU consumer law your 14-day right to withdraw ends once the item has been delivered to you.
Purchases are linked to your Google or Apple account, so they can be restored after a reinstall or on a new device. Bubbles and items earned in the game are stored on your device only and cannot be restored if the game is deleted.
4a. Ads
Bubble Snake Crash shows ads from Google on its menus, never during a round. The bonus video in the shop only plays when you choose it, and up to three a day give bubbles. Buying Remove ads or Everything switches the banner off. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data and how to change your ad choices.
5. The game as it is
We work hard to keep Bubble Snake Crash running well, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that your progress will never be lost. We may change, update, reset or stop any part of the game, including the leaderboard, at any time.
6. Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BERYLG, SIA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, progress, virtual items or enjoyment, arising from your use of Bubble Snake Crash.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, these terms don't affect the statutory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
