Bubble Snake Crash · Last updated: 1 October 2026

The short version. Bubble Snake Crash stores a nickname you choose and the scores you post, so the leaderboard can work. The game shows ads from Google AdMob on its menus (never during play), and players in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first. Purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple, and we never see your payment details. We never ask for your email, real name, location or contacts, and you can delete your account from inside the game at any time.

Who we are

Bubble Snake Crash is published by BERYLG, SIA, a company registered in Latvia (registration no. 42103099442). We are the controller of the leaderboard data described below. Contact: danucdstudio@gmail.com.

What we collect

DataWhy
An anonymous account ID, created automatically when you first open the game So your scores and nickname stay linked to you. It is a random code and is not connected to your name, email or phone.
The nickname you choose Shown publicly on the leaderboard next to your scores.
Your scores: points, number of moves, time taken, game mode and when you played To rank players on the leaderboard and check that scores are genuine.

Your nickname and scores are public — anyone playing Bubble Snake Crash can see them on the leaderboard. Please don't use your real name, or anything else that identifies you, as a nickname.

Advertising

The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited in the EU): a small banner at the bottom of the menu screens, and an optional video ad you can choose to watch in the shop for bonus bubbles. Ads never appear while you are playing a round. Ads are limited to content suitable for teens.

To show and measure ads, Google's ad software in the game collects information such as your device's advertising ID, your IP address (used to estimate your country or region), device and app information (model, operating system, language), and how you interact with ads. Google uses this as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. We don't receive this information ourselves, other than total figures such as how many ads were shown.

Your choice in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland. The first time you open the game, Google's consent form asks whether you agree to personalised ads and to information being stored on your device. You can say no — ads may then still appear, but they are not personalised. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Purchases → Ad privacy choices.

Everywhere. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on the phone).

If you buy Remove ads or Everything, the banner is switched off. The bonus video stays available, but it only plays when you tap it.

Purchases

Purchases with real money are processed entirely by Google Play (on Android) or the App Store (on iPhone). We never see or store your payment details. Google or Apple tells the game which item was bought and whether payment is complete, so the item can be unlocked. Because purchases are recorded in your Google or Apple account, they come back if you reinstall the game or move to a new phone (Settings → Purchases → Restore purchases).

What stays on your device only

Your settings (sound, vibration, direction pad), which skins you own and have equipped, your bubble balance, your daily goals, whether you removed ads, and how many bonus videos you watched today are stored on your phone only and are never sent to us. Your phone also keeps its own copy of your personal bests; the scores themselves reach us only as described above, when they are posted to the leaderboard.

What we don't collect

We never ask for or store your email address, real name, phone number, location, contacts or photos. We don't use any analytics or tracking tools of our own.

Why we're allowed to use it

Leaderboard data is used because it's needed to provide the leaderboard you use (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to keep it fair by detecting fake scores and blocking offensive names (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Personalised ads, and storing or reading information on your device for ads, are based on your consent where the law requires it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules); you can withdraw it at any time as described above.

Where it's stored

Leaderboard data is stored by our hosting provider, Supabase, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the European Union. Supabase processes it only on our instructions. Google may process advertising and purchase information outside the EU; where it does, it uses the safeguards required by EU law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Leaderboard data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your nickname and every score you posted are removed permanently and immediately. Google keeps advertising and purchase information under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Delete everything yourself: in the game, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account, nickname and all your scores from our servers. Skins bought with money stay with your Google or Apple account.

You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to danucdstudio@gmail.com. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija) or the data protection authority in your country.

Children

Bubble Snake Crash is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has used a nickname that identifies them, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
